Why we built Loma
If you’ve ever organized a golf trip, you probably know how this goes.
You find a few courses everyone wants to play. Then you start calling pro shops. One asks you to email the group sales manager. Another needs to know exactly how many players you’ll have six months from now. Someone sends you a PDF. Someone else tells you to call back next week.
Meanwhile, you’re collecting money from 15 friends and trying to keep track of who’s actually in.
We thought there should be a better way to do it.
Loma brings the whole process into one place, so organizing a group round feels more like booking golf and less like planning an event.
How it works

Find your course
Browse courses that welcome groups and see their group rates, options, and what’s included.

Send your request
Choose your date, group size, and any extras. Put down a deposit and send the request directly to the course.

Go play
Once the course confirms, you’re booked. Get the group together, show up, and play.
Better for courses, too
Group golf is great business for courses, but managing it takes time.
Loma gives courses one place to receive group requests, communicate with organizers, collect deposits, and manage upcoming groups without the usual back-and-forth.

Why Loma?
Loma means “hill” or “hillside” in Spanish.
The name comes from Loma Santa Fe in Solana Beach, California, where the idea started during a round of golf.
We wanted a name that felt connected to where we’re from and to the places we like to play.
That’s Loma.
